Processing times may vary depending on whether your order contains ready-to-ship or personalised items.

Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-Ship (Non-Personalised) Products

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
These products are packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Since each personalised item is handmade specifically for you, additional time is required for designing, crafting, curing (for resin products), and quality checks.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, or longer depending on the complexity of the design, order quantity, or customization requested.
We appreciate your patience as we create a product that's uniquely yours.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided), allowing you to track your package.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels). Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
