Return & Refund Policy

At Inamis Creation, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handmade and crafted with care, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Returns

Non-Personalised Products

  • We accept returns for non-personalised products within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition.

    • Be returned with its original packaging.

    • Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

  • Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • As these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Inamis Creation will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or customised products.

  • Made-to-order resin creations.

  • Gift hampers customised to customer specifications.

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
